Position Description

Blueport is looking for a Project Manager to support the planning and execution of client projects from kickoff through completion. This role works closely with senior leadership, internal teams, and external partners to ensure projects stay on schedule, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.

The Project Manager serves as a key point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and responding to routine project inquiries. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, task lists, and documentation, as well as coordinating internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors to support successful project execution. From hospitality properties to multifamily communities, you’ll play a critical role in bringing innovative technology solutions to life and supporting our clients’ long-term success.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage assigned projects from kickoff through completion with guidance from senior leadership.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding project updates and routine inquiries.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, task lists, and documentation.
  • Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors to support project execution.
  • Track project progress, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Identify risks, delays, or scope changes and escalate as appropriate.
  • Maintain organized project files and reporting.
  • Support project closeout activities and client handoff.
  • Travel required both locally and throughout the United States.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Work in our Walpole office full-time

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 2–4 years of project coordination or management experience
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
