Position Description

Blueport is looking for a Senior Project Manager who excels at leading complex technology deployments, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving projects from concept to completion. This is a hands-on, in-office leadership role where you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for customers, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure successful delivery of technology solutions for leading multifamily and hospitality clients.

We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of our technology implementations while ensuring quality, timelines, and budget objectives are met. In this role, you’ll collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and customers, manage installation schedules, and support go-live activities to ensure seamless project execution. From hospitality properties to multifamily communities, you’ll play a critical role in bringing innovative technology solutions to life and supporting our clients’ long-term success.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full project lifecycle responsibility from planning through closeout.
  • Lead project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scheduling for multiple concurrent projects.
  • Direct cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners.
  • Proactively identify and resolve risks, conflicts, and scope changes,
  • Approve project changes, budgets, and timelines.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to Project Managers and coordinators.
  • Deliver executive-level reporting to clients and senior leadership.
  • Drive process improvements and best practices.
  • Travel required both locally and throughout the United States.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Work in our Walpole office full-time

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of progressive project management experience.
  • Proven success managing complex or large-scale projects.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent client-facing and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
